Rated 1 out of 5?by rochester8 Do not live here!!! This place is horrible. We have told them about issues when we moved in and they still have not done anything almost 5 months later. We have brought it to their attention many times too. You can hear people yelling and screaming all day and night. Kids are very loud in the area too. They do not plow the parking lots til' days after it snows a lot, I have had to buy a shovel and keep it in my car so I can dig myself out of the lot. There have been a few times when parking is full and I have had to park a few minute walk away, this is not fun when it is freezing outside or when you are bringing in groceries. Management has lied over and over again, they just tell you what you want to hear. The police are also often in the complex. They also just raised the rent and it is not worth what they are asking, at all! There were only two washers and two dryers on the floor I was on, they were busy 90% of the time I Wanted to use them. It is almost 4 bucks a load too. I wish I could rate them under one star, but the site does not allow me to! I would not live here, there are much better places in town! March 11, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5?by jojokellan995 Not worth the price Very frequent inspections that a resident is notified of by a piece of paper taped to their door. Office staff will do nothing about constant noise violators, they recommend you just call the police. No smoking outside on your own patio. They say they have secure buildings but they don't talk to or fine people who shove sticks and rocks in the door so it doesn't lock. While the pictures looks nice, the amenities are IKEA quality at best. If you like living in a hotel, this place is for you. But if you value privacy, comfort, and peace in the place you want to call home, DON'T rent from here. November 27, 2012
