I have live here for the last four years. I rarely hear any noise from my neighbors and everyone is very friendly. The location is fantastic, and the heated garage is amazing in the winter. The maintenance and cleaning staff is wonderful, and things are taken care of very quickly. It is a great place to live!

I just signed my second lease at the Murals and I'm excited to be living here for another year. I'm a transplant to Minneapolis but my neighbors in this building are like my second family. The building is always immaculate! The management is very friendly and they do everything they can to make your living experience enjoyable. Also, any maintenance requests are always taken care of that day - no questions asked. I work nights and weekends occasionally and this building is sound proof - I never hear my neighbors. If your a business professional looking for a great place to live - look no further.

I have lived here for almost five years. The shortcomings were acceptable when the rent was discounted but now that it is full price. I am looking at different options. It took almost three years to get the hallways painted, windows washed, the garage cleaned and the amenities to almost work. The office staff is typical and lacks training from their corporate identity on customer service. Buildings with pets is going to stink like pets. The lyndale side is very noisy. The work out room is very warm and uncomfortable esp in the evening. Employees use the common room for their breaks. Building is showing its age. Good location and apt sizes. Maintenance is awesome and the building is clean.

We love living at Murals of Lynlake for many reasons. First, there are several great restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walking distance. Secondly, the building is located right on the greenway and is a little less than a mile from the chain of lakes... which is extremely convenient if you like to walk, bike, run etc. The units are larger/have more square footage than several of the similarly priced apartment complexes, the maintenance and office staff are extremely responsive and helpful. The building is clean, quiet and pet friendly. Overall, its just great.

Murals of Lynlake is a beautiful building in a prime location in Uptown. If you have a dog you'll love it.
However the only blunder is that the management is not honest and inflexible; making the majority of the residents move to newer complexes like Flux or the new Elan.

We totally enjoyed living here for 3 years. We had an absolutely amazing view of the city. The maintenance man is awesome (very prompt and professional) as is the cleaning staff, (building always looks great) The office is efficient and friendly, and even now we will still stop in to say Hi. If you are looking for an apartment in the uptown area, put this on your list. You won't be disappointed!

We have been living in the building for the past four years, and have never experienced any issues with the apartment, or the building overall. The location is the best; staff is very friendly and helpful. The units are decently sized, great balcony, awesome windows and light, warm, quiet, and the hallways are always clean. The heated garage is a huge asset, especially in Minneapolis (cold, snow, etc). Love the proximity to community gardens.

I lived at the Murals for a little over a year and really liked it. My overall experience was very good. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to live in the uptown area. I had to move out of town for work otherwise I would still be living here.
