I have lived in Solhaus for six months, and during that time, I have only had bad experience. The management is extremely unprofessional, very unhelpful, and is very unorganized. It is impossible to get a problem solved with them. My roommate tried to get a parking pass in September when we moved in, and it took management until December to get that organized. I can honestly think of only bad experiences with the management - honestly if I had a problem while living here, I would be better off trying to solve it on my own than asking them. I live in a 2 bedroom with four people, and rent is simply overpriced. They are raising the prices yet again next year, which is completely unreasonable for a college apartment. When we signed the lease, we were quoted at $20-50 per month for utilities for the entire apartment. It has ended up being over $120 each month so far. The apartment claims to be "green" which clearly is not the case at all with such high electricity bills. The large windows are poorly made, and let in moisture, which causes the entire apartment to have a musky odor. Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience at Solhaus and I will NOT be living here again. If you are looking into living here, I recommend you go somewhere else.

I have lived in Solhaus for 2 years. The management at the complex changed during that time and this has made living here awful. My experience living at solhaus has been horrible! The office staff is unprofessional and doesn't care at all about keeping the residents happy. I am disgusted with the way this apartment works. One morning the apartment completely discontinued the wireless internet without giving the residents any notice. The garage door on the apartment has been broken many times, the internet in the lobby only sometimes works, the list of issues goes on. Also, if you have an issue it is impossible to get it dealt with. I cannot wait to be taking my business elsewhere next year!
