Rated 2 out of 5?by StarFish1989 Cheap living from a cheap management company. The hardwood floors are warped from time. I've been inside a few units and have not seen any with a dishwasher. The controlled access is a stretch. The back gates do not close properly and can be easily opened without a key. The front door does not close properly and I walk in without using my key most nights. The building seems to have a rodent and bug problem. We have reported it to management, but they did nothing about it. The windows are broken and are extremely difficult to open. The electric wiring needs to be updated. During the summer, our circuit/breaker box constantly fails, so I am constantly having to open the breaker box and turn the electricity back on. Even though the building states that it is smoke free, residents smoke on the back deck on a regular basis. Your fresh air is saturated with cigarette smoke if you decide to open the window. Be sure to get renters insurance! A few apartments have been burglarized. Someone tried to break into my unit. December 2, 2012
