Rated 3 out of 5?by New building! This building looks beautiful so far, and having lived in the River Towers accross the street, I will say the neighborhood is great, such a fun section of town. Plus the Whole Foods will be completed when the apartments are, so convenient and easy. It can be a little noisy, since you're right on Hennepin, but the location tradeoff is worth it! April 17, 2013
