Rated 2 out of 5?by Great building but so much noise and partying The apartment building itself is very nice. However, although it's a new building, they did a very poor job with insulating for noise. You can hear the loud echoes every time someone walks down the hallway or above/below your apartment. Many of the residents love to party and you are kept awake through the night listening to the loud music and talking. And then there is the loud street noise with traffic and all the drunks walking on the streets in the middle of the night when the bars close. Very happy to be moving out soon so we can enjoy peace and quiet and catch up on our sleep. June 13, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5?by Great location, great staff 222 is not only a beautiful place to live with the best location in Minneapolis - the staff is awesome, which is a big change from the previous apartment building I lived in. The maintenance team especially sticks out. They are so fast, always fix the problem, and always leave a note saying they were there and what they did. I appreciate it so much - especially because the last apt I lived in took days to get anything done and sometimes they'd fix something and never tell me. So (for instance) I would assume my dishwasher was still broken until I called them again and they'd me it was fixed a week ago. Highly recommend living here! April 29, 2014

Elin, Danielle, Rene, and Teresa are fantastic and always go beyond expectations to help residents make their home more comfortable. The apartments were built with a solid structure in mind and the quality of the materials used--along with the appliances--are superb. The community here is great, too, and it is rewarding to live among a divers group of neighbors with healthy and active lifestyles. I would highly recommend 222 Hennepin Apartments. April 14, 2014

I work from home so leasing agent Danielle found me the perfect apartment that accommodates my home office needs. The amenities are top-notch, as is the quality of the building's finishes. The building and heated parking areas are very secure, and I feel very safe living here. And you can't beat the location and proximity to so many great bars and restaurants! I love living here and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to live in downtown Minneapolis! December 9, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5?by Great Location, Great Complex My wife and I just moved in 2 weeks ago and we are very happy with 222 Hennepin! The view of Downtown Minneapolis is wonderful, especially from the 4th floor lounge. The location is great for numerous reasons; walking distance to Target Center/Field (hopefully the Twins get it together), many downtown restaurants and bars in the area, the train and bus systems are very close, and Whole Foods can be accessed without stepping foot out in the frozen tundra. The staff is very nice and always there no matter how small the request. The building is safe and locked at all times. The area actually seems pretty safe, or at least more safe than other parts of Minneapolis. The underground parking is nice even though the spots are pretty cramped. When friends come over, you can have them park across the street for under $6. While rent is higher than other locations, you really get what you pay for here. I can't wait for the Summer so we can hang out on the Pool Terrace and rip some Bocce Ball dontcha know! November 26, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5?by Very Happy We love it. The apartments are beautiful, well designed, and there is also tons of storage The location is ideal. Prior to moving here, I was concerned about whether noise would be an issue since I'm a light sleeper. Our unit is really quiet, despite the fact that we overlook Hennepin Avenue. Our stay here was supposed to be temporary (while another home is being built). But we like it so much, we have already extended our lease. My favorite thing about 222 Hennepin is that there is a lot of diversity in the ages of residents. Anyone will feel at home here. November 21, 2013
