Rated 4 out of 5?by Rizzo Very good for apartments for one person
I've lived here for two years and it's been very positive. I love the appliances and new floors. The bedroom is plenty big for a single resident, and there are three different closets that can easily function as storage space. The office staff has always been responsive and will work with you as long as you aren't abrasive right off the bat. My car got towed one night from a spot that I had seen other tenants park in, and I explained the situation and got my next month's rent lowered to compensate for it. A lot of places wouldn't do that from what I've seen in Minneapolis.
A similar apartment in Uptown would easily cost $1000-$1200 so this is really a great deal in my opinion. It doesn't offer the same things as downtown or Uptown, but there's decent walking/running/biking trails around as well.
Sometimes I can hear other tenants, but it's only when they are blasting music or TV. The bathroom is decent, but the vanity is pretty small. You can only get cable through Comcast so heads up on that. Overall I give the place a 4/5.

Rated 1 out of 5?by Jason Awful! Stay Away
At first glance it appears to be a nice place to rent, however once they hook you in that lease thats when all the niceness goes away. I could hear almost every neighbor as if there were no walls in place and I mean i could hear EVERYTHING. All of the cooking and bathroom odor's are shared through each apartment and even noticeable in the hallways. They placed bathroom air fresheners through out all the hallways to try and combat it but it didn't work. The manager is just a puppet for the management company who never once attempted to contact me back about any of my valid complaints. After my lease was up I sent in the notice to vacate on the first as suggested by the office manager, but because I got there at 9:15 am instead of 9:00 am they denied my vacate notice and made me pay for an extra month. Probably the very worst rental experience of my life!!! Be very careful!
