Rated 5 out of 5?by I LOVE living in the Cedars of Edina Community - It is like living with extended family I have lived in the Cedars of Edina since 9/2012. I LOVE it and so do my children. It is like living with extended family. The employees of Cedars of Edina are not only friendly they are dependable. I am a stickler with my surrounding and sometimes very picky and EVERYTIME I have had a question or concern regarding the property the issue has been resoved if not within minues no more than 24 hours (depending on the severity). I have never lived in an apartment before and have only lived in home. I had my reserves about making such a drastic change but since I have ived in the Cedars of Edina I have only been happy! Rated 4 out of 5?by Noise from upstars Moved in Cedars in August and has to transfer to the top floor in November. There is very unpleasant creaking noise from the ceilings of my bedroom. It's terrible during midnight when my neighbors go to bed or go to bathroom and the creaking noise wakes me up everytime. The maintenance team did their best job at repairing the floors upstairs but still does not help much. Office staff is helpful and willing to transfer me to a top floor unit. Overall a good apartment but I feel it's a bit overpriced for an old apartment regardless of the location. November 10, 2012
