Rated 4 out of 5?by GermFree Bueatifully remodeled apartments! The best thing about this location is all their units have recently been remodeled, which gives an excellent, fresh, homey feel. I fell in love with their spacious 2 bedroom apartment during my visit. The lay- out is excellent and flows very well, giving it more of a real home feel instead of an apartment. And the value is amoung the best I've seen for so much living space. Overall, this is a beautiful, affordable property with an excellent mgmt staff, as I am currently under lease at another location with them. If I had to report anything negative it would be that the location is right off a main road, but during my visit, I didn't really notice any traffic noise. Rated 1 out of 5?by mamma 3 Will never recommend to anyone So where do I start? I guess with maintenance. I know that their hands are tied. They have been short on maintenance help. These guys are the ones who hear all the complaints when they can do nothing about it.I'v lived here for 4 years, moved to second floor. My screen door has been broken since the day i moved in not to mention my floor is not level. They have not done anything to fix these problems. Maybe just prop my frig. up so my food wouldnt fall out of it every time we opened it. I know that the manager or regional manager, who both live here, would have these things fixed. So, second year with bugs coming in and cold air coming in. What can I do about it? I also just heard that if there is a tenent who complains to much will be asked to leave. Carton's hand are tied as well. I also know that any good reviews about this place are by the leasing agents. I know that any tenent with good reviews have not lived here long enough. So if i keep putting in work orders for my things to be fixed after 2 years am i going to be asked to leave? Also for anyone moving in. Do not bother using the washer and dryer, forget it, waste of your money. November 7, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5?by Shane BEWARE . We have tried to let you know about these problems before by phone calls and in person on I called on 3/9/2013 about my stove in my apartment not working. Blair then picked up and told me someone will be out monday. I waited until the following friday to contact the Cass Lake shore apartments about my stove, no one came out. I called and spoke with Blair on 3/16/2013, she insured me someone will be out on Monday. Tuesday night I get home, no one for both days. I call and left a message, saying I expect someone to be out and/or a call back. I got neither. The following day, I call both Hartman and Tyner and Cass Lake. I left a message about my complaint. As of today. No response back and no working stove to cook food. How can I cook without a stove I am paying for in my apartment lease.. March 20, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5?by SueMarie67 Apartment & Maint. Staff Great. Office & Mgmt. Worst Ever! The apartment is like being in a ranch-style home, and is very nice for its age. However, the parking is completely inadequate. Those who live there can't find an open spot to park in other than their carport, let alone if you have company. The office staff and Management (and I use that term loosely) is the worst I've ever encountered. When you walk into the office, the staff acts as though you walked in on a very important gossip session, and they're very short with you. They roll their eyes & smack their lips like you should be gratefull they let you live there, and if you need a repair, they'll submit it to maintenance when they feel like it. if you complain to the corp. office, your concerns fall on deaf ears. Carlton is the worst of the entire staff. He picks who he wants to enforce the rules with. Those who live on the lake can do what they please, and he speaks to tenants as though they're beneath him. He's done this to multiple tenants, and yet corporate does nothing. They care only about getting their rent. Will be glad when the lease is up. March 3, 2013
