We have seen a lot of nice homes and apartments, but we keep coming back to Kirkway. I am very excited to live here coming from living in houses, I think that they did well giving you the home feeling not apartment feel!!!!!! April 27, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5?by Carl Near Suburban Inner City Experience The management and maintenance team are very good. The neighborhood, however, is not. Lots of thumpin' and inner city type noise when the weather is warm. Sirens heard frequently. Apartments themselves are very nice. I suspect management has their hands tied on some issues. If you're looking for a quite peaceful community I'd recommend moving on. April 1, 2013
