It's a little more expensive, sure, but you can't put a price on acres of woods, hills, trails, small lakes, and an abundance of wildlife. I was put off by the 70's-style buildings at first but was sold as soon as I saw how big the 1-BR unit is, with 16' deck overlooking the woods. The interior is dated #old cabinets, etc# but it's clean and everything works. Oh -- and it's worth the extra $ to get a carport space; otherwise parking can be a challenge. March 26, 2013

It is a lil pricey, but what apartment complex isnt. this has a lot more to offer then the other.. has a indoor and outdoor pool.. a lot of trails and a work out room and a very nice clubhouse. a lot of nature and everyone that works there is very friendly..for how old they are, they are kept up well. Rated 3 out of 5?by Billard Drake Willow Creek The place isn't bad. The one room apartment is bigger than i thought good for a younger couple. The parking sucks if you get back after 7pm. You are close to stadium and all the shops there. You are close to both Kvcc and Western. 5 miles to KVCC and 7 to Western. It does have a cool little Clubhouse though. If you are looking for something that you overpay for this will be it. But you will over pay everywhere else too, this place is just in the trees and looks nice from the outside. December 11, 2012
