Rated 5 out of 5?by TJ Quality apartments for a great value! My spouse and I have lived in these apartments for three years and absolutely love it! Location is great as it is nearby WMU's campus with easy access to US-131. The staff are extremely nice and friendly and know residents by name. The owner doubles as the maintenance person and is extremely efficient and professional. We have had very few maintenance issues, but when something does arise, maintenance acts quickly and comes the day the request is given. We live in a spacious two bedroom apartment and are amazed that we can get away with the extremely affordable rent payment. Our rent amount has not gone up since we've lived here and every time we renew our lease, we are given a sign-on bonus. Probably one of the best values of living at Westchester Woods is the fact that all amenities (aside from electric and internet/cable) are included in the monthly rent amount. This is becoming very rare! All our friends/family are shocked when we tell them our heat is included with the price of our rent! Overall, we have been extremely satisfied and happy with our choice to call Westchester Woods home. It will be a sad day when the time comes for us to move out! April 6, 2013

Westchester Woods Apartments boasts a great "westside" location, we're only 1.5 miles from Western Michigan University's main campus, and the Engineering Tech Campus. Public transportation pickup/drop-off point is at the corner of Little Drive and KL Avenue. Shopping malls and a variety of restaurants are nearby. The community contains 120 generously sized one and two bedroom updated apartments with amenities like FREE HEAT & WATER, walk-in closets, mini-blinds, ceramic tile floors, air conditioning, choice of patio or balcony, ceiling fans, garbage disposals, extra storage areas are available. Ample parking - no stickers required.
