Rated 4 out of 5?by Great Apartment! We moved into these apartments in August and we fell in love with it. Over time we loved it less only because of the people below us, they blare their music late at night and it's very frustrating since we have a month and half old son. This is NOT the case in all apartment buildings. As far as maintenance goes, we had some problems that should have been taken care of before we moved in but they werent. As for putting work orders in, there is only one head maintenance guy with a few assistance, so you might have to wait for more pressing matters to be taken care of first but they are great about fixing this in a timely manner for the most part. Other than the noise due to the people below us we love these apartments and recommend them. December 20, 2012
