Rated 1 out of 5?by joel Big Mistake Before I start this review please know that I am not upset/angry at the moment, I will write this review with honesty and try to be as clear as possible. when my wife, kids and I moved here at falcon woods apts we thought we had found the right apts for the money ($670.00) little did we know we were signing a regrettable lease, let me explain better. To start, we have neighbors below us who blast their stereo with an incredible bass sound whenever they feel like it, now according to falcon woods this is a lease violation, well we have called/notified the falcon woods office numerous times to be honest we've lost count of how many times we've called, and they have not taken care of this problem, we have also called the holland police and they were kind enough to take care of the noise once, but that peace and quiet lasted for no more than 2 days, now police says they can't do anything unless they hear the music outside, my family and I are waiting for this lease to end so we can find a better home were they follow the rules. Next is maintenance, I don't have many negative things to say, but what I can say is this, if you are in need of maintenance repairs, be prepared to wait a long time for assistance and also expect those fixed problems with your apt to return. Falcon Woods Apartments consists of 144 apartments, including 32 one-bedroom apartments, 72 two-bedroom apartments, and 40 three-bedroom apartments. Features within each of these apartments include side-by-side washer and dryer connections, refrigerators, electric ranges, dishwashers, and garbage disposals. Abundant closet space in each apartment includes wardrobe, pantry, and linen closets. All apartments have either a patio or balcony with exterior storage.Residents at Falcon Woods Apartments live in privacy and comfort. The apartments are heated with gas-forced air, providing low-cost heat and central air-conditioning. Our apartments also feature private entrances, and we're close to shopping, restaurants, movies, and more.Exterior features at Falcon Woods Apartments include a swimming pool with a large sun deck, a coin-operated laundry facility, playground area, and a 6,000 square foot community clubhouse. Located in the West Ottawa School District, Falcon Woods Apartments will also allow the community clubhouse to be used as a learning center by educational institutions such as Davenport College and Holland Community Education.
