Rated 3 out of 5?by Pauly04 Internet is AWFUL I've lived here for about 8 months and the facility is nice and the apartments and grounds have been well-maintained. Gas, water and trash are included so that's a huge bonus. However, the Internet is provided through a company called Bloom Broadband they don't let you get anyone else, nor do they let you get another cable provider other than Dish Network, which is the low-end of all providers out there. I'm paying $50/month for supposedly 6.0mbps. I've never gotten anywhere near that speed. It mostly hovers around 1.3 mbps and has been as low as 0.2 mbps. That's right, .2. not even a full megabyte. I have complained multiple times to Bloom and to Green Ridge and they have done nothing. They offered me a refund of one month, which I never received, but one month wouldn't even be enough for all the times I went through the hassle of not having internet work/work properly. Amenities are good...even great. and the apartments have walk-in closets with W/D in-unit which is also great. But if you're looking for fast internet and getting what you deserve for what you pay...this is not the place for you. February 18, 2013

The only issue I ever had was sound from their groundskeeping crew, and that was only because I worked 3rd shift, so I was asleep when they were making the place look so good! I never had any issue with any of the office staff and our neighbors were friendly. It was also very nice being so close to Alpine Ave and all of those stores/restaurants. January 15, 2013
