Rated 4 out of 5?by Frankbomb12 Apartment complex is quite satisfactory. When I moved in I couldn't believe the state of the place. They really work hard to clean it before you move in. Also, I found the 1-bed room apartment to be quaint and definitely cosy enough for 1-2 people. There are air gaps in the windows and sliding door, but nothing some good caulk sealer can't handle. The complex also comes with a complimentary gym membership which is a one time $25 payment and lasts as long as you want it to. The one major down side is that my laundry room takes quarters and often doesn't dry my clothes well enough leaving them damp and kinda soggy (I do my laundry elsewhere now). Also, the mail system has no package drop and if you work 1st shift, plan on driving about 15 minutes to get your package when it doesn't arrive. The stairs as well, you could walk up those stairs, be a well trained ninja and people will still hear you (it is a faint sound however). If you can get past the few inconveniences however, it is quite a nice place to live, and while the stairs are noisy, people in general are usually quiet (with the exception of myself sometimes when watching movies and having my sub-woofer a bit too loud).
