Rated 2 out of 5?by DeprivedWriter You get what you pay for. Or not... As a current resident, there is a reason I'm on this website to look for a different apartment complex to live in. The only "good" thing about this apartment complex is the fact that the neighborhood is pretty quiet and the noise isn't that bad from neighbors. Everything feels cheap, and you'll know it by the first month. I had water in my apartment twice by the time they fixed it (within one month). I had these strange paint drippings coming from underneath my car port. Every time it would rain, the residue would drip from underneath the carport for some reason. I've brought up numerous issues with the building but nothing has yet been done. Security entrance has been broken for 3 months and no one has done a thing about it. The office staff is friendly, but they don't really care that much. It's cheap, so if you're just looking for a place to crash while you're working and going to school or something...this is your place. But don't expect anything nice about this place. Also, your mail box is probably going to be a long ways away as well. I don't understand how you have a building's mailbox nearly a half mile or more away. June 7, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5?by suga Great place to live!!! Fountain Pointe is a great place to live!! Staff is always very helpful and friendly. Apartments and townhomes are very well kept and clean. Mainteance is always right on time!!!! A beautiful clubhouse is offered to residents for parties, baby showers, open house etc.... If your looking for a safe,quiet, well kept place to live? Fountain Pointe is the way too go!!!!! November 19, 2012

Rated 3 out of 5?by Mika Very nice apartments. I visited these apartments and was really disappointed that they didn't have any town homes available. The 2 bedroom apartment I did walk through was very spacious and had a seperate dining area. I recommend looking! Very nice. October 30, 2012
