Rated 4 out of 5?by Great value! My husband and I have lived in the South Hampton style apartment for over 6 months and we love it. The apartment is very spacious compared to other apartments we looked at. The rooms are very generous in size and there is a lot of storage. We love having our own washer and dryer and the walk in closet in the master bedroom is awesome. We have new carpet and flooring throughout the entire apartment, and appliances are fairly new. The location is fantastic - near shopping centers, grocery stores and nice restaurants. Very safe area. The staff has always been very friendly and maintenance is always quick to respond to any issues. The only negative about the apartment is we have a lot of bugs - more than usual at other apartments I've lived in. August 23, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5?by Great place for the price and location I live in the Wellington at Polo Club Apartments and we have been looking to move north since we work so far away. Everywhere else we look around the same price in Metro Detroit has less square feet and older interiors. Our floor plan is very spacious and gives us lots of room for entertaining. The kitchen is more closed off and smaller that I would like but all the other rooms are a great size! The kitchen I have has older appliances but not that old. The windows are drafty and I do notice bugs in the spring but bugs in the spring is normal. If you look anywhere in Bloomfield Township or Royal Oak/Clawson area you will find nothing that compares for this price. Highly recommend Polo Club Apartments June 11, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5?by Look Elsewhere Old, Old, Old! Appliances old, windows old, drafty and seals broken. Old cabinets falling apart, tile floors stained, carpets stained, bugs, bugs, bugs!! Rude management and not pleasant to speak with and won't fix or replace anything unless you have an updated unit that they charge an outrageous amount. Management getting worse every time they hire someone new!!!! February 25, 2014
