Starting with the initial communication it was at its best by the person in charge. being from canada and never every getting a change to look into the property before leasing , I think I got exactly what was mentioned and described. As I work in MSU and commute by bus, its is the best location with CATA bus stop for 24 right on front, bus 26 on left and bus 25 on right going into the campus through the grand river (major transit for east lansing/lansing). So gettong a bus is never a worry before leaving home. Home is secured and nicely placed in the natural environment with a nice pond beside. I was amazed to get awake by the song of the "quack" from the ducks playing just beside the window in the pond :). experience was like being in a garden. the view of wood and colour of fall from window is great! A free carport was a bonus. Till now I have no complain or any problem with the room amenities. I feel it is among the best where u can spend good weekend and hassle free weekdays. I highly recommend this place for all , especially for the students. November 2, 2012
