Rated 1 out of 5?by Worst place I've ever lived When I moved in I thought this place was going to be great. It was all that I needed, 4 walls and a enough room for a bed and my desk. I was concerned about the potential for living in a noisy "college" type place, but I was assured by a staff member that that they have a pretty stringent noise policy for tenants. I guess that rule doesn't apply to employees though. I have been awoken on numerous occasions by, construction, false fire alarms, and malfunctioning smoke detectors. When telling management about these complaints you either get no reply or a half hearted apology and weak explanation. Management assures you construction is not allowed to start before 8, but they don't care enough to enforce it. And although the construction may be "temporary" (going on for the majority of my lease and obviously not ending any time soon), when it ends you still have the management and staff to deal with. I have never had to stop in and correct things at a rental property more than this place. Charges are constantly messed up both through their office and through their contracted water/trash/sewer company. If you do for some reason decide to live here, keep an eagle eye on your account, or you'll be paying double on multiple occasions. The worst of it lately is the lack of ethics. I recently read a review on a similar apartment rating website, that was more than obviously written by staff in an attempt to plug the holes on this sinking ship. Do yourself a huge favor and don't sign up for this headache. April 20, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5?by Stay Away! Terrible! The place is physically falling apart. The elevators are always down. Management is unhelpful, and constantly messing up charges. Construction is going on ALL the time, but the place never looks better. I would not recommend living here to Anyone. April 15, 2013
