First deposit price was flexible although I did not get it while they were offering the best one for medical professionals.
Make sure you look at the exact apartment you will be renting.
They say they do not take people's security deposit until you leave and they will try to nickel and dime you knowing that you've left the apartment the same as when you moved in
They make grout in bathroom look fresh with some powdery substance that you will have to clean up when you move in
They will up the price all the sudden on an apartment
The gate gets annoying after a while, it does cut down on through traffic, no motorcycle visitors allowed. They will have to park down the street
Too expensive for outdated apartment although very clean. Bland neutral colors, all white
Good layout, good storage
Location okay but they will act like you are in prime location
Extremely noisy if you are located on outer edge of property which majority of units face. They will shrug like whatever if you mention this
Remember owners are money makers, don't care about tenants

These apartments are so very nice and beautiful, and I really like the security.

i love manors . it is well worth the money for an apartment. The maintance always comes in a jiffy . The date house attendants greets every one with a smile. For me being young still a teen i have a great show off apartment :-) . swimming pool is always clean and sparkling. and the tennis courts are never over crowded. the office staff can be a bit mean at times and attemadating but once you move in everyhting is fine . it is close to my college and numerous restaurants and you really dont have to worry about theives in a gated community. on the down side the hym is TERRRIBLE so if you are a work out buff that like to beable to work out at your own home , ummm i wouldnt suggest this place. ive seen better gyms in much cheaper apartments. everything is out dated and for women there is nothing but 3 old school stair climbers... no elipticales no tread mills no bikes no weight set . gym sucks oh n not much parking room. Besides the gym and parking i love my apartment. . the beauty of it still stands out.

This is definitely luxury apartment living. And Beautiful secluded grounds. I love everything about this apart with the exception of the fact that they advertise an on site 24/7 fitness center, and the only thing available is ecliptic and weights.
The other suggestion is that being on a lower level as I am, I don't think that people renting with Children should be on a second floor. Or there should be a section designated for those with children. Or one designated for over 50.
