Rated 5 out of 5?by anna93 Love my apartment i love manors . it is well worth the money for an apartment. The maintance always comes in a jiffy . The date house attendants greets every one with a smile. For me being young still a teen i have a great show off apartment :-) . swimming pool is always clean and sparkling. and the tennis courts are never over crowded. the office staff can be a bit mean at times and attemadating but once you move in everyhting is fine . it is close to my college and numerous restaurants and you really dont have to worry about theives in a gated community. on the down side the hym is TERRRIBLE so if you are a work out buff that like to beable to work out at your own home , ummm i wouldnt suggest this place. ive seen better gyms in much cheaper apartments. everything is out dated and for women there is nothing but 3 old school stair climbers... no elipticales no tread mills no bikes no weight set . gym sucks oh n not much parking room. Besides the gym and parking i love my apartment. . the beauty of it still stands out. March 2, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5?by Linda Manors at Knollwood This is definitely luxury apartment living. And Beautiful secluded grounds. I love everything about this apart with the exception of the fact that they advertise an on site 24/7 fitness center, and the only thing available is ecliptic and weights. The other suggestion is that being on a lower level as I am, I don't think that people renting with Children should be on a second floor. Or there should be a section designated for those with children. Or one designated for over 50. November 3, 2012
