Rated 4 out of 5?by HawksRidgeResident A nice place to live I have lived here for a couple of years and have had an overall positive experience at Hawks Ridge. The apartments are not luxury apartments but they are nice and modern. Close enough to the East Lansing and Lansing areas for cultural/business access yet in a more peaceful, rural setting. Large bathrooms and lots of cupboard space in the kitchen; large patios and porches, too, with enough space to plant a small garden. The office staff is really friendly and helpful and I have always had maintenence issues handled promptly. Residents and pets can sometimes be noisy, but most people here seem pretty friendly, and I feel safe here when walking at night. The apartments are also within walking distance to Park Lake, where there is swimming, fishing, and boating and an ice-cream shop that is open during the summer. March 31, 2013
