Rated 3 out of 5?by Babyboymom A/c does not work! This apartments are nice but they have a very weak heat/air conditioning system. It works well in winter, though it's easy to overheat because the temperature detector does not notice that the temperature inside is much over the desired level. You always have to regulate this manually. But the summer is even worse, the community staff simply does not turn on the a/c system in the building! It's over 85F high in our bedroom and our little son can't sleep and all wet because of the heat. We've been discussing this matter with the staff a week and all they had to suggest is 'open windows', like I could not get it without their advice! We are suffer restless nights and sweaty days praying for rain and October, when our leasing is over and we can move out this 'luxury' apartment. May 21, 2013
