Rated 5 out of 5?by Pete We think it suits us fine As a young couple starting out we looked at many apartments, the cheaper old style home duplexs were ok but we knew going in we would need appliances and that these older homes didn't have a lot of insulation and who knew if we could afford heating it, plus we took in to consideration traveling to the laundry mat lugging bags around. Ever Green was the perfect place close to work, the turn pike, my bank and if needed on the bus line. It offered us on site facilitys and appliances carpet and all in very good condtion , we love having our heat and hot water included something else not to worry about. Good parking nice yard to sit and enjoy and all well maintained. April 5, 2013
