Rated 1 out of 5?by not a good choice 1. Super noisy: 1.1. it is very noisy if you open windows no matter which side of the building you are. Buses and train and commuter train at one side and the street, cars and buses on the other side. 1.2. Walls are paper-thin between apartments so you simply hear your neighbor's voice and their TV. 1.3. Lots of noise and vibration from roof on the top floor because of A/C units and wind. The top floor is literally the worst as the noise is persistent even if you keep the windows close. 2. Poor location: 2.1. Quincy center is a good location but this apartment building is not located well. It is located just in front of the T... you will sign a disclaimer when you move in accepting that MBTA is not responsible for the harm of dust and its pollution effects! 2.2. On the entrance door where the mailboxes are located, which is next to the Starbucks, there is almost always somebody smoking... you always smell the smoke at the entrance where the mail boxes are located. 3. Office staff: 3.1. The technicians and maintenance crew do not understand customer service. The management cannot effectively manage them in providing good service. 4. Quality of amenities: 4.1. There seems to be a lack of warm water in the morning when everybody is taking shower. 4.2. The stair entrances to the floors are not wide enough so do not bring big furniture. The overall value is severely low because of these serious problems. December 3, 2012
