Rated 1 out of 5?by sam1410 HOT, SMOKY, and sits right over NOISY construction site No air conditioning until management is good and ready, not when it's 95? in your unit. Cigarette smoke in the hallways, drifting into your apartments. Pool and terrace is off limits to residents aside from 3 months in summer so you can't even sit outside at your own complex. Find a city bench instead. Demolition and construction on Thayer Avenue side will make life even more unbearable than it was with no a/c, smoke, and noise from the street. DON'T BELIEVE THEIR ADS until you verify that things are what they are being sold as. April 10, 2013

The building is within walking distance of the Metro, Safeway, and downtown Silver Spring. The management staff are very professional, courteous, and provide outstanding service. Overall, it is a great place to live. December 27, 2012
