Rated 1 out of 5?by Rental Office I was in the rental office today. I couldn't believe how long it took for assistance. The property manager and other office staff were discussing an employee whom was recently terminated. I am a manager myself and I know that it was very inappropriate comments and I couldn't believe the engagement of the lady who was supposed to be in charge. I know she was terminated from her position before she started working here I am surprised she was hired. I am only waiting until my lease is up this place is very unprofessional. July 10, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5?by dont waste your money I have been living here now almost a year, I have been late on my rent but why should I be on time and it takes months to get things fixed. also my electric bill is out of control when calling the rental department about it is like why do we care. I hate it here, I have been asking for screens in my windows and haven't gotten them my bathroom was leaking from upstairs and now the walls are nasty. The staff is terrible I would rather live in a shelter then stay here. April 1, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5?by cooper crossings It's the worse place ever to live, I ask for a transfer and the manager told me i had to start all over again, i have to pay another security deposite, first month rent and application fee, i had to wait until my apartment is rented out. Management is terrible, when caling about a problem it take them 2 weeks to come fix stuff. Please don't move here you will regret it. i been here for years, March 26, 2014

Rated 1 out of 5?by Don't believe the A NICE FIND review The ABSOLUT WORST place to live!!!!! VERY, VERY unprofessional management office I have ever expedited. If you don't want a case "DO NOT" move here!!!!!! Inhuman leaving conditions plus they scam you into having to stay longer. The policy and rules of your lease agreement changes without notice!!!! To explain they went up on my rent and did not notify me, they claim that I was late more than three time within the year and the new company policy states that your lease cannot be renewed and you have to go on a month to month. Mind you I was informed this verbally after I inquired about the balance notice that I received on my door. No written notice of the new policy from management was ever sent to me. My lease expired in July and some woman from the leasing office called me, I repeat CALLED ME, in NOVEMBER informing that I will have to come into the office to renew my lease right away because I never signed the new one. I never received a renewal notice via on my door or by mail from the leasing office. I mentioned the door because that seems to be the only way they know how to communicate with their tenants. I asked her when did they send it and she couldn?t answered and insisted that I come into the office. I have plenty more issues, but I have to get back to work. All I have to say is RUN!!!!!!! It is close to an elementary school, the floor plans are big and the staff is nice and professional. I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely check this one out. November 27, 2012
