Rated 5 out of 5?by Nancy New management came in We moved in and were soon feeling cheated. Things were always broken and the office staff were unhelpful and clueless. In mid 2013, a new staff came in. We actually have enough maintenance people to take care of things. Anything broken (which has been rare since they fixed it up) is fixed quickly. They are friendly, knowledgable, and accommodating. I actually feel like I am getting my money's worth. October 24, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5?by bogey1 Horrible! Would NOT recommend... I have lived in this apartment for a year and am nothing but excited to leave it! I would NOT recommend these apartments. The ONLY reason I did not leave is because I didn't want to pay their outrageous fees for breaking the lease. I should have never signed the lease. First off, paying for the "gated community" is a waste of your money because the gates are constantly broken. There was a span of about 6 months out of my one year here where the gates never closed. Also, this last time when they were fixed, they fixed them without anybody's key code working, so none of the codes work. In the past weekend alone I was locked out of my own apartment complex 4 times, in one weekend! There are dog stations all around the complex for the tenants to use, with a trash can and bags. The bags are frequently not stocked, so that makes it very hard for the dog owners to pick anything up. Next, the garbage compactor is overflowing WEEKLY. As of lately, the tenants who have moved in have been more loud and rude, with blasting music in their cars the middle of the night, and people being loud and dramatic on their balconies. Worst of all, and my biggest complaint, is about the staff. The office staff is rude. The manager will cut you off while talking, and they generally show no concern about any problems in the complex. When I addressed the problem with the gate codes not working the response was "we will see about the problem, anyone other than you getting into the complex is not our concern". So now the family coming to help me move out of here will have to wait for me to drive down and let them into my apartment manually. Not to mention, if I get called into the hospital late and forget my swipe card then I will be locked out for the duration of the evening. This staff is impersonal and rude, and I am counting the days until I can leave... April 1, 2013
