Rated 3 out of 5?by mk30 Good to live, but rental's going creazy! I've been lived here for 1yr and 5months. It's quiet, clean, and good neighborhood, yes, everything's good. I really want to stay here longer. But recently utilities getting expensive so much. Why do I have to pay for water $67.98?? My utilities bill costs $94.75 for October. It was $58.59 on July. Water was $31.98. Something's wrong. Of course, rental fee is getting crazy, too. It is about $200 expensive than 5 months ago.I'm thinking of moving out. November 28, 2012

I have been transfered to different apartments as updates have been made to the apartments and it has always been made easy by the staff. Maintenance issues are always addressed quickly and courtesley. November 26, 2012
