Rated 3 out of 5?by NYC10 location is the good. These apts are less than five minutes from Fort Knox.The staff is ok if they stay long enough. Anderson Estates are not worth the price that they are asking considering the inside structure and the amenities Laundry is too expensive for residents,storage is also expensive. It can be quite noisy,I wouldn't recommend families with children the walls are really thin u can here your neighbors in the bathroom. The grounds are kept nice, and there is quick response to maintenance when you need them. May 17, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5?by Sparky08 Anderson estates good place to live near 5 mins to Ft. knox gates, the apartments seem like they were built to fast, th staff is really great long as they keep the current staff members. the washers and dryers are not very reliable and have to wash and dry twice in order to do 1 load of laundry, and can be expensive in the long run. very pet friendly. can be a little noisy at times, not bad overall though. After graduating from West Point in 1825, Anderson served in the Black Hawk and Florida wars, and later as a captain under General Winfield Scott in the War of 1812.
