These apartments are great for roommates,or someone just starting off with their own place. The people are polite, and the Apartments themselves are Cozy and comfortable without feeling too big or cramped. The Staff are friendly and are good at fixing problems with your Apt,on the off chance that there are any issues to begin with which for me there were not.overall id say this is a good place to start off or even stay in for a few years,and the staff and maintenence are polite and helpful as long as you're the same.

The only really good thing about this place is that it is cheap and in a good spot, not so far from covington and the highway, but not too close to covington and their less pleasant people. Still the apartments are micro apartments, smaller than most efficiency apartments. The kitchen is not big enough for two people to fit in at once, if one opens the refrigerator door they have effectively blocked the entrance to the kitchen.
Maintenance is TERRIBLE. They simply patched over our bathtub by painting it with the wrong kind of paint, so the paint in the tub has been peeling off, we called about it several times. It's been bad for about two years now and we've given up getting anything done. The water faucets spray you when you turn them on, so your shirt is soaked if you don't know where to hold your hands or if you forget, also they've known that for 3 years. There was some problem with a major leek somewhere in the building, so they came to our apartment and cut out a portion of the ceiling over our bathtub. When they realized they needed to put that portion BACK they decided to simply cover the hole up with one of those styrophome ceiling tile things. DO NOT COME HERE!!!
