Rated 1 out of 5?by anon Bugs, cold showers and floods good neighborhood, good school, nice gym membership all the rest is very poor. Insulation of windows and doors is poor. Water and wind comes through your doors. It is cold next to a window. I believe, but I am not 100% sure, there is only one water tank for 2 units. Cold showers are a common issue here. Also a sudden change of water from cold to hot is well known. Basement apartments have flooding issues after every rain. I have read that this is due to narrow sewage pipes. To fix this issue would be very costly and I don't believe that they will fix it. Every time an issue is reported, the office staff acts like you are first one to have this problem. Reading through other reviews, it seems like they must deal with similar issues every day. However, no solution or rent discount is offered. To be fair, the maintenance staff responds quickly. However, we get flooded regularly and no solution has been found so far. The laundry room is dirty and there are only 3 old washing machines for 2 large units. Our neighbors are good, but I guess not everyone is that lucky. There are a lot of dogs around here, which would be okay IF the dog owner would be so kind to pick up the xxx after their dogs. Walking through the grass is like walking through a minefield. This is not very pleasant. Especially if you have a child who likes to play outside. The "playground" doesn't have swings. Considering the fact that there are a lot of children around, it would be nice to provide a place to play for them. I wouldn't recommend this place. It seems that it is hard to move out and would think twice before I sign a 1 year lease with this place. December 21, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5?by mark984 Great for small pet owning family Location is perfect! So much is within a 10 minute drive and easy access to interstates 71/75/275. Redecorating allowed without fees. Large dogs welcome. Noise has not been an issue. The neighborhood is safe and nice to walk through. Minor facility wear and tear, but maintenance has good response time. Lease includes nearby gym membership. There is a small pool on site. November 2, 2012
