Rated 1 out of 5?by BROADMOORE COURT APT I lived here for one year.the apartment very old but they are clean,the rent to high.after your year up ,your rent go up $ 15.00 more.you paid all your bill light,gas,water.Maintenance crew is great.but if you dont call the after hour people to get something fix, it not going to get fix.still wait to get my door,window fix.From my experience the time to longer or actually forever.because the lady in the office have lost or never gave the work order.tell you they come to spray,still wait to get my apartment spray.6 month ago. I am moved. January 2, 2013
