Rated 1 out of 5?by itsallright you get what you pay for There are always some kind of bug problems. the kitchen is poorly set up the noise is unbearable. the walls are paper thin so dont have a discusion and expect your neighbors to not know about it. the locked front door is a pain. If you live in the apartment closest to front door you will hear guests pounding on the front door glass at all hours of the day. maintence is slow at best. cant open your diswasher with ease due to placement. yard crew is minimalistic. they will water the grassi n summer for 4 days stariaght leaving the sprinkler over the sidewalks so u have to walk in mushy grass that they watered the previous 4 days.
