You can't go wrong with these apartments regarding included amenities for the price, and they are decent apartments - FREE heat, water, trash & sewer with patio or deck, some apartments dish satellite t.v. & internet included (like mine!); dishwasher & microwave, laundry in each building; close to highways and businesses (in WDM). I am not bothered by noise in apartment building; however the only drawback is the traffic noise due to proximity close to highways. The office staff have been very nice to deal with so far. Rated 3 out of 5?by Better than Average, but not the Best This apartment complex is HUGE! Numerous pools, numerous playgrounds- LOTS of space for kids to play outside!! Units have window a/c which I wasn't thrilled with, and I was able to find an apartment that had more space inside for about the same price- being that we're closing in on winter-inside space was definitely a determination factor since I have a child. Sun Prairie was my #2 choice though and I did really like the property!! November 2, 2012
