Rated 2 out of 5?by Disappointed I moved to the Springs for the location and the fact that the complex was brand new was attractive. I can't express how disappointed I am in the quality of the construction (I've had water in my apt since month one, every time it rains#, as it only "appears" nice. Ever since the original site manager left, tents are not held to keeping their exterior picked up and dog waste is everywhere. I've experienced and heard of mold problems in nearly every building and the smell of sewer gas is apparent nearly every day in my bathroom. The only positive thing this property has going for them is their maintenance man. He responds quickly #often before the manager# and has always been more than willing to help out in any way he can. The rent rate continues to increase, but the value continues to decrease. No wonder people move out nearly every weekend. April 22, 2013
