Rated 5 out of 5?by Very professional staff, and great community I have just recently moved into Chateau Knoll apartments, and absolutely love it! The management staff are friendly and great! The maintenance staff get stuff done the same, or next day you inform them that something needs to be fixed! I do not have one bad thing to say about this place! It is just an awesome place to live! Rated 1 out of 5?by Great location, poorly maintained, need updating. The complex is located in a nice, convenience city of Bettendorf with close proximity to Davenport. The price range at first glance was acceptable, but raised a small ? after I saw the worn out hallway carpet and scattered trash (small amout, still). I was shown an apartment that was recently remodeled but NOT what I would live in if I was to rent from CK. Finally, the laundry room...very conveniently located; right out side the apt., the size of a janitor closet, big enough for a dryer and a washer, with the paint on the wall peeling off and garbage all over the floor. The thought of what might come out to play at night...I couldn't get out of there fast enough... Yikes! November 11, 2012
