Rated 1 out of 5?by Sarah cheap I toured these apartments and I was very disappointed. They look nice from the outside and I expected them to be nice inside- not the case. The entire apartment feels cold and dark. Everything is plain white. The kitchen is extremely small and the appliances look old, which is surprising because the apartments are not. They didn't even put wood doors on the closets- there are cheap metal doors. The door knobs are a dated looking gold and the closet doors have these 70's gold flowery knobs. We found apartments down the street that were almost the same price and WAY nicer (wood floors, fire place, etc.). You can just tell that these apartments were made cheaply. April 4, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5?by comp246 High Cost Dish Service Be ready to pay a bunch to get hooked up to Dish at Fieldstream Apartments! We found out after moving in that we can only go through Bloom Broadband who partners with the apartments owners, Edward Rose, to hook up to Dish. I didn't think that to be a problem until I found out how much they charge. To get hooked up we would have to pay almost $300 up front! You are NOT allowed to get any of the advertised Dish prices either. Bloom Broadband also provides the internet there so that way they can get an extra $40 bucks from you on top of TV. Not even a bundle package for the two to help with cost! Sounds like a nice little deal for THEM but, not at all for the residents!!! So, be sure to get detailed info from them about this because they don't mention this to you when you sign the contract nor is it IN the contract saying we can only use their Dish provider. So, start saving now if you want TV or your stuck watching the couple channels that come free with apartment! January 12, 2013
