Rated 3 out of 5?by wifi716 Nice value, but needs some repair, and is severely under staffed We have lived here for over 8 months so far, and although we really like our apartment, this apartment complex could use a lot of improvements. There are an abundance of mis-communications in the office, and maintenance issues can take weeks to get fixed if you contact the office. They never communicate with the tenants- we once had our water shut off for two days because a water main broke, and we were never contacted or notified about anything. That was not a pleasant surprise. The apartments closer to the main road look really nice on the outside, but once you get farther back (where our apartment is), you can tell that they do not make as much of an effort on upkeep. We have been trying them to repair our peeling and horrible looking balcony ever since we moved in. However, these apartments are very nice for what you pay in rent, and gas, water, and trash are included, as well as air conditioning, and a washer and dryer in some units. Overall, we have been content living here, but we are looking for another apartment once our lease is up in March November 22, 2012
