Rated 4 out of 5?by Best Deal in Town Many think that this place is a run down community, but that could not be farther from the truth. The property is beautiful! Apartments are pretty average, not the best but most certainly not the worst! I have enjoyed living here and have had zero problems with other residents or any office staff. The only thing I actually dislike is the lack of lighting in the parking areas at night. Other than that, it's a nice place and I recommend it! December 16, 2012

It's simply the best and most beautiful place to rent in Muncie, and its affordable too. Large 1 bedroom units start at $510,spacious 2 bed.apartments from 540, 2 story 2 bed/1.5 ba. townhouse units from $650, and studio and 3 bedroom units may also be rarely available(please call). Yorktown schools, local bus minutes to campus, great shopping is near and a new river walk being developed nearby. Professional staff are available/on call and the office is open 6 days a week,across from the beautiful pond. Each building has laundry machines, and laundry hook up in townhouses.
