Rated 1 out of 5?by UNHAPPY TENANT The end of my lease couldnt come any faster???
I CANT WAIT to get out. Lets see where do I start....First I was never told that they were adding gas to the utilities BEFORE I moved in and they waited til I was there 3 months before sending me a letter to tell me and apparently they had known about this in July before I signed my lease. Second, once I had all utlities put in my name they called and had them both switched out of my name and back into the complex name and told them I was moving out, yet I had 6 more months to go on my lease. They had made a mistake and gave the utility companies my address instead of the neighbor who actually moved. The Central Air does not blow out cold air and in the winter the heat doesnt work. DONT MOVE HERE PERIOD!!!! The only thing good about this place is the rent is cheap. But you get what you pay for!!!! The phones only have answering machines........you can never talk to a REAL person. You have to go in the office to speak to someone in person. Counting down my days thats if I dont die from heat exhaustion due to the air not working!!!!

We moved in about a year ago and still are waiting on things to be fixed from our move in sheet. The office staff is nice enough but the maintenance really stinks. We are getting ready to move out and they are no welling to fix a couple of holes in the wall stating that since we are moving, we can be charged for the repairs. Our heat has gone out at least twice since winter arrived and they are in no hurry to fix that either. When you go to call the office, you get a recording and no real person answers the phone even during business hours. Now we have to pay for heating which I really don't mind but SINGLE PANE WINDOWS......be for real. The wind blows right through and the apartment is always cold.
