We had a water leak that flooded our apartment a few months back. Although we were pretty upset at the time the maintenance staff and office staff handle it quickly and effortly. They made sure to have our carpets cleaned once everything was cleaned up and even gave us a gift card to a restuarant while the work was being done so we did not have to sit there inconvinienced. For these reasons we signed the renewal. Things can happen whereever you live but how it is handled is what matters. November 16, 2012
