Rated 5 out of 5?by Lbp Awesome apartment complex I am a young college student and I live on my own. I have lived at Olde Towne Village for about 4months now. These apartments are a little more pricey than the others that are offered in the community but it is definitely worth it. The pet policy is the best compared to other apartment complex's. I really like the staff, there are no tricks or hidden fees. And they are almost always available. The community is wonderful, everyone is nice and you never have to worry about loud noices. It is also a great family community. The apartments are also spacious and very clean. December 10, 2012

Olde Towne Village's unique English architecture and clustering of buildings create a small-village atmosphere surrounded by cobblestone landscaping. We are located in a residential neighborhood of Historic Clarksville. Our apartments are as large as you will find anywhere, with ample closet space, and are available with washer/dryer connections. We have newly decorated baths, kitchens and dining rooms. For those relaxing moments, enjoy our pool, outdoor grills and picnic tables, and a pavilion which can be reserved for private parties. Locally owned and personally managed by the same staff for more than ten years.
