Rated 4 out of 5?by 3 year ex-tennant Pros: Great location: close to food, shopping, hwy, grocery Plenty of parking Clean grounds Pool Small Gym Cons: Thin exterior walls; can hear any and all outside noises and even the wind is loud Seems a bit pricey for what you get Shared Laundry Annual price increases Overall, a decent place with an available staff. In 3 years I never needed to call maintenance. I was offered to have a few walls painted for free when I renewed my lease. A nice touch. Rent did rise every year that I lived there, which seemed a little much, but I stayed because of location and my job was very close. December 5, 2012
