Rated 5 out of 5?by uz 77 Awesome apartments in Schaumburg area I has lived here for 6 years, great place to live. The location is great, 1.5 miles to metra station, pace bus comes inside the complex. close to the expressways. The best thing is rent includes heating, cooking gas and air-conditioning. Building 7 does not have enough parking. There not much of a gym on premises but there is a YMCA right across the street. November 15, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5?by Ashley888 Wish I was still there! I loved legend park, the price for the location is impossible to beat and I'm considering moving back sometime soon! If I had any complaints, the good outweighs them. Staff is great, feels safe and secure, near everything you need in Schaumburg and a great price! The only reason I give it a lower rating for amenities is because I had some trouble with my water going very hot then very cold in the middle of a shower, only happened about a dozen times but still kind of annoying. Other than that, it was perfect! November 6, 2012
