Rated 2 out of 5?by Ginaloo2 Looks Nice, But... This building just opened in March 2012. At first glance it looks nice, but after living here for 6 months, I am ready to move when my lease is up. The walls are paper thin. I am so tired of listening to my neighbor's TV. The builders went cheap on many things. There is no bathtub, only a shower. No in-unit washer/drier. Instead of putting in central air, there are noisy in-wall a/c units. If you have a 1-bedroom, there is no a/c at all in the bedroom. The general vibe here just seems negative. The only thing I like about it is the beautiful view if you face east. There is a pond and woods and sometimes wildlife. December 12, 2012
