I really love our apartment - we're in a 2 bedroom on the 2nd floor so we have high vaulted ceilings which makes our living space seem much bigger. We love having our own washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Everyone in the leasing office is very friendly and they are great about holding packages when we aren't home to receive them. (And thankfully they have weekend hours so I can pick up those packages!) The price seems a bit high - thinking we could have a mortgage payment for the amount we are paying, but probably average for the area. It's along the bus route which helps when getting home from the Naperville train station but also a short drive to the Rt 59 station. It's just out of the way that traffic noise isn't bad. My only complaint is that our new neighbors below us are heavy smokers and the smoke drifts right up into our apartment when our balcony door is open... but that's not the management's fault.
