They were especially less than helpful when one of their own pipes busted in the laundry area which flooded the entire first floor. I also had to suffer through pest control issues and smoke seeping in through the vents from my neighbor's cooking. I had to threaten them with legal action just to get my deposit back. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. May 16, 2013
