In all honesty I love my apartment!!! However, The rip-off fees that S37 management charge for every little thing is flat out RIDICULOUS!! When you pay over $1000.00 for rent, you don't expect to pay for horrible customer service or in effective maintenance. I have the most comfortable apt that one could ask for, but it's because of the energy that I've put in it to make it "home". When the ceilings start cracking, the sink is leaking, the plumbing is backed up, the heat won't come on and it's freezing outside why should you have to wait a month to have your problems resolved?? I never make management wait to receive my rent! When the so-called "handy-men" arrive they're not prepared to do the jobs, and they leave a mess!! The apt doors lock automatically when they close, so please take your keys with you! If you have to call the "on-site" maintenance you better be prepared to pay $150 to get back in your apt. If you want to have company you have to pay for their parking and if you don't know their car make model and year -- you have to pay extra! Now there is ample parking for these buildings but that doesn't stop the fees they charge for you guest to park here - be prepared for your guest cars to be towed. And there is NO Street parking overnight... And you will have to show proof of insurance, registration, and all official document for your own vehicle before they grant you a parking pass (that you still have to pay for) I'm not saying this is not a descent place to live, I am saying the management company is greedy! Any reason they can find to charge you for something they will. I wish I could upload pictures... I'd love to share photos of the bugs (familiar and unfamiliar ones). If you're going to charge this amount of money for rent, at least give excellent service to match the price. After 3 years here...I'm looking to purchase a home...renting comes with too many disadvantages.

I was extremely impressed with the particular unit I looked at. It was kept in wonderful condition, as if no one had ever lived there. I recommend this scenic, calm, family-friendly place to anyone and everyone!
