Rated 1 out of 5?by sp York terrace apartments - worst ever The place is a disaster 1.laundry doesn't work and the laundry area smells really bad - takes me 4 hours and 6 trips to get a single load done 2.elevators don't work - had to climb up and down 21 floors or wait 40 minutes for the elevator 3.the heating is messed up - on complaining they told me - hot air rises up so they cant do anything. I asked them to fix the ac they said the ac is not made for the winters - I still did not quite get that. 4. the storage space assigned to you is given to someone else. 5. the exhaust system is pretty bad and the smoke alarm goes off when you're baking 6 the manager is really rude and incompetent. 7. The maintenance staff does do a decent job the security and the rest of the office staff are quite nice too. for all what is said to be offered as opposed to whats given - Its a total rip off, you'd rather pay elsewhere and get better facilities. over all rating - 2/10 January 21, 2013
