Last year they raised rent by 6 percent and started charging tennants for trash, water and sewage, which was previously included in the rent. This year they raised the rent by 12 percent - That's 18 percent in 2 years. Management tells you in memos that they care but they don'g - unapproachable, keeps 9 - 5 hours, so hard to get in to see manager. Decor is in the 70's. They are in the process of renovating the units, which is why the 12% raise - regardless if you are in one of the renovated units or not. Paying for someone else's renovated apt. while you are leaving in a seriously outdated one. Make sense?
